Kullanım Koşulları

cardVIZO'yu kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı sunan: Zenox Dış Ticaret ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. Uygulama Apple App Store'dan indirildiğinde Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Sözleşmesi (EULA), Google Play'den indirildiğinde Google Play'in kullanım koşulları da geçerlidir.

1. Kullanım

Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve kendi iş ilişkilerinizi yönetmek için kullanabilirsiniz. Kartvizitlerdeki kişilerin verilerini mevzuata uygun işlemek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

2. Okuma doğruluğu

Yapay zekâ ve telefonda okuma hatalı olabilir. Kaydetmeden önce isim, firma, telefon ve e-posta alanlarını kontrol etmelisiniz. Okuma sonuçlarının doğruluğunu garanti etmeyiz.

3. Ücretsiz kullanım ve Premium

Ücretsiz kullanımda ilk 15 kamera okuması ve ilk 15 elle kart girişi ücretsizdir. İlgili hak dolunca o özellik için Premium gerekir; hakkı dolmayan özellikleri, kartları saklamayı ve aramayı kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz. Premium, adil kullanım sınırı içinde (günde 50, ayda 300 yapay zekâ ile kart okuması) okuma sağlar; elle kart girişi ve diğer özellikler Premium'da sınırsızdır. Günlük hak ertesi gün, aylık hak ayın 1'inde yenilenir (UTC saatine göre). Premium aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Ücretsiz sınırı aşmaya yönelik girişimler hizmetin kısıtlanmasına yol açabilir.

4. Abonelik ve iptal

Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliği cihazınızın Apple ID ayarlarından ya da Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İade talepleri Apple'ın veya Google'ın politikalarına tabidir.

5. Rehber işlemleri

Kartı Rehber'e eklemek, Rehber'deki kişiyi güncellemek veya silmek yalnızca sizin onayınızla yapılır. Rehber'den silme işlemi Uygulama tarafından geri alınamaz; iPhone, silinen kişileri bir süre "Yakın zamanda silinenler" bölümünde tutabilir; Android'de silinen kişi geri getirilemeyebilir.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, adı, logosu ve içeriği Zenox'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislikle çözemez, sunucu hizmetine otomatik araçlarla erişemez ve izinsiz yeniden dağıtamazsınız. Size kişisel, devredilemez, sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.

7. Hizmet ve sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yapay zekâ okuması internet bağlantısı ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlere bağlıdır; kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kartlarınız telefonunuzda durduğu için düzenli yedek almanız önerilir.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Türk hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

Terms of Use

By using cardVIZO you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Zenox Dış Ticaret ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. When the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; when downloaded from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

1. Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and to manage your own business relationships. You are responsible for handling the personal data of people on the cards in line with applicable law.

2. Reading accuracy

AI and on-device reading can make mistakes. Please check the name, company, phone and email fields before saving. We do not guarantee the accuracy of results.

3. Free use and Premium

In free use, the first 15 camera reads and the first 15 manual card entries are free. Once an allowance is used up, Premium is required for that feature; you can keep using any feature whose allowance is not used up, and keep storing and searching cards. Premium provides reading within a fair-use limit (50 AI card reads per day and 300 per month); manual card entry and other features are unlimited with Premium. The daily allowance renews the next day and the monthly allowance on the 1st of the month (UTC). Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown on the purchase screen. Attempts to bypass the free limit may lead to restriction of the service.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's policies.

5. Contacts actions

Adding a card to Contacts, updating a contact, or deleting one happens only with your confirmation. Deleting from Contacts cannot be undone by the App; iPhone may keep deleted contacts in "Recently Deleted" for a while; on Android a deleted contact may not be recoverable.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo and content belong to Zenox or its licensors. You may not copy it, reverse engineer it, access the server service with automated tools, or redistribute it without permission. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, limited right to use the App.

7. Service and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". AI reading depends on an internet connection and third-party services; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Because your cards are stored on your phone, regular backups are recommended.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the App means you accept the current terms.

9. Governing law

Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Your rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected.
