Bu politika, cardVIZO uygulamasını ("Uygulama") işleten Zenox Dış Ticaret ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti.'nin ("Zenox", "biz") kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. 1. Kısaca

• Hesap açmanız gerekmez.
• Eklediğiniz kartvizit bilgileri ve fotoğrafları yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır; biz bunlara sahip olmayız.
• Yapay zekâ ile okuma sizin açık onayınıza bağlıdır. İlk kart okumada sorulur, Ayarlar'dan istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
• Onay verdiyseniz, yalnızca okumak istediğiniz kartın fotoğrafı okunmak üzere gönderilir; sunucumuz bunu saklamaz.
• Verilerinizi reklam için kullanmaz, satmaz, sizi başka uygulamalar arasında takip etmeyiz.

2. Telefonunuzda saklanan veriler

Kartlar, fotoğraflar, notlar, görüşme kayıtları ve ayarlar cihazınızın içinde durur. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir. Yedek dosyası oluşturursanız dosya sizin seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir.

3. Yapay zekâ ile okuma ve açık rızanız

Bu özelliği açtığınızda, okumak istediğiniz kartın fotoğrafı ve okuma talimatı şifreli bağlantıyla Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan sunucumuza, oradan yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcımız Anthropic'e (merkezi ABD) iletilir. Sunucumuz fotoğrafı ve okunan metni kaydetmez. Anthropic verileri kendi ticari API şartlarına ve gizlilik politikasına göre işler; sağlayıcının yayımladığı politikaya göre API'ye gönderilen girdi ve çıktılar varsayılan olarak 30 gün içinde silinir (kural ihlali şüphesi veya yasal zorunluluk hâlinde daha uzun tutulabilir). Bu süre sağlayıcının politikasına tabidir ve değişebilir. Fotoğraf kartın üzerindeki kişilerin bilgilerini içerebilir.

Bu aktarım için ilk kart okumada (yapay zekâ ile ilk okumadan hemen önce) açık onayınız istenir. Onay vermezseniz veya Ayarlar'dan kapatırsanız hiçbir fotoğraf gönderilmez; okuma telefonunuzda yapılır (firma ve isim doğruluğu daha düşük olabilir). Onayınızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.

4. Sunucuda tuttuğumuz veri

• Anonim cihaz kimliği ve okuma sayacı: Ücretsiz okuma hakkınızı ve Premium günlük/aylık okuma sınırını uygulamak için.
• IP adresi: Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için günlük istek sayacında en fazla 48 saat tutulur; başka amaçla kullanılmaz.
• Geri bildirim: Ayarlar'dan geri bildirim gönderirseniz yazdığınız metin, uygulama sürümü, cihaz türü ve cihaz kimliği en fazla 1 yıl saklanır ve e-postayla bize iletilebilir. Geri bildirime kişisel bilgi yazmayın.

Adınız, e-postanız, rehberiniz veya kart içerikleri sunucuda tutulmaz.

5. İzinler

• Kamera: kartvizit fotoğrafı çekmek için.
• Fotoğraflar: galeriden kart seçmek için; yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz görsele erişilir.
• Rehber: Rehber sekmesinde kişilerinizi göstermek, kartı Rehber'e eklemek veya mevcut kişiyi güncellemek ve yalnızca siz istediğinizde bir kişiyi düzenlemek ya da silmek için. Rehberiniz sunucuya gönderilmez ve cihazdan çıkmaz. Rehber'den silinen kişiler iPhone'da "Yakın zamanda silinenler" bölümünde 30 gün kalabilir; Android'de silinen kişi geri getirilemeyebilir.

6. Satın alma

Abonelik ödemeleri Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Premium'un çalışması için Apple veya Google'ın verdiği satın alma makbuzu ve anonim cihaz kimliği, abonelik yönetimi hizmeti sağlayıcımız RevenueCat (merkezi ABD) tarafından işlenir ve sunucumuz aboneliğinizin geçerli olup olmadığını RevenueCat'e sorarak doğrular. Bu işlemde adınız, e-postanız veya kart içerikleriniz paylaşılmaz.

7. Kartlardaki başkalarının verileri

Kartvizitler başkalarının kişisel verilerini içerir. Bu verileri yalnızca kendi iş amacınızla ve ilgili mevzuata (KVKK, GDPR vb.) uygun kullanmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

8. Paylaşım

PDF, Excel, rehber, e-posta ve mesaj paylaşımı yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya gider. Verilerinizi reklam şirketleriyle paylaşmayız.

9. Yurt dışına aktarım

Yapay zekâ ile okumada fotoğraf ABD'de bulunan sağlayıcıya (Anthropic) ve küresel altyapıda çalışan Cloudflare üzerinden iletilir. Bu aktarım yalnızca, yukarıda açıklanan açık onayınızla yapılır. Satın alma bilgileriniz (anonim cihaz kimliği ve makbuz) abonelik doğrulaması için ABD'deki RevenueCat'e iletilir.

10. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler (KVKK aydınlatma)

• Okuma hizmetini sunmak: açık rızanız ve sözleşmenin ifası.
• Ücretsiz hak sınırını uygulamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek: meşru menfaatimiz.
• Destek ve geri bildirim: talebinizi yanıtlamak için meşru menfaatimiz.

11. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve geçerli diğer mevzuat (GDPR dahil) uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme, aktarıldığı kişileri öğrenme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi [email protected] adresine veya yukarıdaki posta adresine iletebilirsiniz. Bizde tutulan veriler anonim kimlik ve sayaçtan ibarettir; silinmesini isterseniz kimliği bildirmeniz yeterlidir (Ayarlar > Cihaz kimliği).

12. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hali bu sayfada yayınlanır; önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinde bilgilendiririz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zenox Dış Ticaret ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. ("Zenox", "we") processes personal data in the cardVIZO app (the "App"). 1. In short

• No account is required.
• The business card details and photos you add are stored only on your phone; we do not hold them.
• AI reading depends on your explicit consent. It is asked the first time you read a card and you can turn it off in Settings at any time.
• If you consent, only the photo of the card you choose to read is sent to be read; our server does not store it.
• We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps.

2. Data stored on your phone

Cards, photos, notes, meeting records and settings stay on your device. Deleting the App deletes this data. If you create a backup file, it is saved where you choose.

3. AI reading and your explicit consent

When this feature is on, the photo of the card you want to read and the reading instructions are sent over an encrypted connection to our server running on Cloudflare, and from there to our AI provider Anthropic (based in the United States). Our server does not store the photo or the text read from it. Anthropic processes data under its commercial API terms and privacy policy; according to the provider's published policy, inputs and outputs sent to the API are deleted within 30 days by default (they may be kept longer if a policy violation is suspected or the law requires it). This period is set by the provider and may change. A photo may contain other people's details printed on the card.

We ask for your explicit consent for this transfer the first time you read a card, before anything is sent. If you decline, or turn the feature off in Settings, no photo is sent; reading happens on your phone (company and name accuracy may be lower). You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Data our server keeps

• Anonymous device ID and read counter: to apply your free reads and the Premium daily/monthly reading limit.
• IP address: kept for up to 48 hours in a daily request counter to prevent abuse; not used for any other purpose.
• Feedback: if you send feedback from Settings, the text you write, app version, device type and device ID are kept for up to 1 year and may be emailed to us. Please do not put personal data in feedback.

Your name, email, contacts or card contents are not stored on the server.

5. Permissions

• Camera: to photograph business cards.
• Photos: to pick a card image from your library; only the image you choose is accessed.
• Contacts: to show your contacts in the Contacts tab, to add a card to Contacts or update an existing contact, and, only when you ask, to edit or delete a contact. Your contacts are not sent to a server and do not leave the device. Contacts you delete may stay in "Recently Deleted" on iPhone for 30 days; on Android a deleted contact may not be recoverable.

6. Purchases

Subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your card details. For Premium to work, the purchase receipt issued by Apple or Google and the anonymous device ID are processed by our subscription-management provider RevenueCat (based in the United States), and our server checks with RevenueCat whether your subscription is valid. Your name, email or card contents are not shared in this step.

7. Other people's data on cards

Business cards contain other people's personal data. You are responsible for using it only for your own business purposes and in line with applicable law (KVKK, GDPR, etc.).

8. Sharing

PDF, Excel, contacts, email and message sharing goes only to the app you choose. We do not share your data with advertisers.

9. Transfers abroad

In AI reading, the photo is sent to a provider in the United States (Anthropic) and through Cloudflare's global infrastructure. This transfer happens only with the explicit consent described above. Your purchase information (anonymous device ID and receipt) is sent to RevenueCat in the United States to verify your subscription.

10. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the reading service: your explicit consent and performance of the contract.
• Applying the free limit and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest.
• Support and feedback: our legitimate interest in answering your request.

11. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698 and other applicable law (including GDPR) you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn to whom it is transferred, and object. Write to [email protected] or to the postal address above. The data we hold is limited to the anonymous ID and counters; to have it deleted, send us the ID (Settings > Device ID).

12. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page; we will notify you in the App about material changes.
